PAM-COMPOSITES provides modules tailored to the molding flow of composite materials, allowing for pre-simulation verification of each process, optimizing the process, and enabling full control over costs and productivity. 【Types of Simulation】 ■PAM-FORM Simulations for preforming in the RTM process, as well as thermal pressing and diaphragm molding of prepregs. ■PAM-RTM Simulations for resin infusion processes represented by RTM molding and VaRTM molding. ■PAM-DISTORTION Simulations for residual stress after curing of composite materials and dimensional changes after demolding (spring-in, spring-back). ■PAM-SMC Calculates the entire process from charge forming to flow using shell mesh (2.5D) at high speed. It is suitable for evaluating moldability in the early stages of development, allowing for easy, fast, and extensive calculations of molding conditions such as charge placement, charge thickness and number, and clamping speed. Between each module, it is possible to link the analysis of multiple manufacturing methods by transferring material histories such as fiber orientation, temperature history, and degree of cure history.
